Scripture: Daniel.6:4-5
. 4 So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him. 5 Then these men said, “We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God.”
Humans are created as perfect beings but the devil is always fighting to find faults. In as much as he’s Lucifer or Satan, but he’s also bound by principles. There are some principles that even the devil cannot defy. The same applies to us Christians, if we abide by the principles of the Word, we have to follow them accordingly. When the devil finds a weakness in us, in accordance with the way we violate the Word principles, he takes advantage, penetrates our lives and attack us.
The above-quoted scripture is alluding to the same. Daniel’s enemies, the governors and leaders had failed in finding fault in Daniel with regards to the way he followed laws and rules of the kingdom. Instead, they decided to search fault in the laws that included principles of his God.
My question to you is, do you have any weaknesses in the way you follow God’s principles? When we say weakness, we mean actions that you go against in God’s principles more often. If you make a mistake of the Word once, that’s a genuine mistake but if you repeat it over and over, it becomes a weakness. That weakness then becomes the devil’s strongest entry point in your life. That means, each time you go against the Word of God, you are exposing yourself to the devil’s attacks. In other words, these become the Dos and Don’ts.
This knowledge is perfected in the devil’s kingdom and thus, more often used against us each time we break the principles. The second factor on devil’s ways to attack us is supported by Matthew.18:20. As I was chatting recently with someone from Equatorial Guinea, I reiterated the human potential derived from the power of partnering. The man got confused until I read that verse to him. When you gather in agreement, God makes his presence availed, immediately. God is within Partnership and thus it can’t fail. This means, if you partner correctly and gather in one accord in the name of the Almighty God, SUCCESS IS CERTAIN!
So what does the devil do? He blocks you from partnering because he knows power and success are released when 1, 2 or more gather in agreement to God’s principles. Another good example which I always teach is marriage. When a married couple is in agreement over something, success is certain because of the POWER OF AGREEMENT. No wonder there are strong forces against marriages through the anti-marriage spirits. Hence, most marriages are fought right, left and centre, through squabbles, lack of affection and many more. Some even fail to get into marriage because of the same evil forces.
Even in business and other social gathering, when we shake hands, our lives are either made or broken because of the power of agreement. Another area to note at the highest level, is the way some nations are fought to create disunity.
As a result, a generation can be wiped out without having enjoyed their national resources due to the state of their war torn country.
Starting today, I want you to start monitoring your life and see by how much the devil is taking advantage of your weaknesses as you try to follow God’s principles. A. Good example is the weakness related to the state of your heart. The bible says, do not let your heart be troubled. A look at Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in the book of Daniel.3:16-18, shows that the 3 did not allow their hearts to be troubled because they knew the God they worshipped would cover them against the consuming fire. Hence, they survived the inferno.
Therefore, in my teachings today, UNTROUBLLED HEART becomes principle number2 whilst PARTNERSHIP becomes principle number1. Follow these principles accordingly, from today onwards and you will succeed along the way, be it in marriage, finances, business, academic excellence, career and many more.
